By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services.

2. Scope of Services

Confi Food offers the following services:

• Online Food Safety Courses for food industry employees, purchased directly via Stripe.
• Food Safety Consulting, available upon request and provided as a tailored service.
• Fully Managed Food Safety System Service, where we act as an outsourced partner (includes digital audits and automated reporting).
• Equipment Provision for food safety-related needs (not directly sold via this website).

All non-course services are offered upon contract agreement and not purchased through this website.

3. Online Course Sales

Online courses are delivered via a secure learning platform. Payment is processed via Stripe. Access is granted upon successful payment and remains available for the specified duration indicated at time of purchase.

3.1 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all course sales are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or accessing our services under the supervision of a legal guardian.
• All information provided to us (during sign-up or communication) is accurate and complete.
• You will not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our site – including course materials, templates, reports, videos, and brand elements – is the property of Confi Food OÜ and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit our materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Estonian law:

• Confi Food shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services.
• Our maximum liability for any claim related to our courses shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that course.

8. Third-Party Tools and Payments

Payments are securely processed via Stripe. We are not liable for any issues arising from third-party services, including but not limited to payment failures, security breaches, or outages.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Estonian courts, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.

Refund Policy

Food Handler Courses:
Food Handler-level courses are non-refundable once accessed, regardless of completion status. If the learner has not accessed the course, a refund request may be submitted within 48 hours of purchase.

Advanced & Manager-Level Courses:
Advanced courses may be refunded within 48 hours of purchase, provided that:
1. the learner has not accessed more than one lesson, and
2. the request is submitted before any assessment attempts.

Refund Requests:
All refund requests must be sent to support@confifood.com.
Processing fee: €25, deducted from the refundable amount.

Non-refundable Items:
– Certificates already issued
– Courses completed beyond one lesson
– Courses accessed after the refund window
