Purchasing options

Pay in full, split it in two, pay lesson by lesson, or have your company invoiced. No fees for spreading the cost.

How you can pay for a course

Every Confi Food course and bundle can be paid in four ways: in full, split into two instalments, lesson by lesson as you go, or by company invoice. Graduates and current students get 30% off and can still use any of the payment routes. Payment always comes before the lessons it covers are delivered.

Spreading the cost costs nothing extra. Two instalments and pay as you go both total the same as paying in full, because a payment plan that carries a fee is a loan and we are not in that business.

Summary

Four routes, all available on every course and bundle above €29.99. Payment always precedes the lessons it covers.

Paying in two instalments

The most common route for individuals paying for their own training.

What is covered

Every course and every bundle priced above €29.99. The €29.99 HACCP Food Handler certificate is excluded, since splitting it serves nobody.

How the split works

Two payments of half the price each. The first unlocks the first half of the lessons and the second unlocks the remainder.

What it costs

The same as paying in full. There is no instalment fee and no uplift on the price.

When the second payment is due

When you are ready for the second half of the course. We agree the timing with you at the start.

How to arrange it

Email us naming the course. We send a payment link for the first instalment, and a second link when you are ready to continue.

With the graduate discount

Yes. The 30% discount applies first, and the discounted price is what gets split.

Paying lesson by lesson

The furthest you can spread the cost, and the lowest amount to start.

How the price works

The course price divided by the number of lessons. A course with ten lessons costs a tenth per lesson. There is no premium for spreading it.

How delivery works

Each payment unlocks the next lesson. Payment comes before the lesson, every time.

Stopping partway

You can stop whenever you want. You keep access to the lessons you paid for and you owe nothing further.

The certificate

The course certificate is issued on completion of the full course, since it certifies the whole syllabus.

Bundles

Bundles work the same way. The bundle price is divided across the lessons it contains.

How to arrange it

Email us naming the course. We confirm the per lesson price and send a link for the first lesson.

Buying as a company

Including companies training a single person, which is more common than most training providers allow for.

Who it suits

Any company, including one training a single person. There is no minimum order.

What we need

Your company name, registered address, VAT number where you have one, a purchase order reference if your system needs one, and the course and seats you want.

VAT

We capture your VAT number where you have one, so EU business to business orders are handled correctly.

When access starts

Once the invoice is paid. This is the same for every payment route.

Multiple seats

Volume pricing applies from two seats upward, and increases at five, ten and twenty five. Above twenty five seats we quote the order individually.

How to arrange it

Email us with the details above. We send the invoice, and access opens when it clears.

    Access opens

The lessons that payment covers are unlocked and scheduling begins.

  • 6

    Continue when ready

The next payment link arrives when you are ready for the next part.

Not included

Credit checks. We do not run them, because payment always precedes delivery.

Interest and fees. Spreading the cost carries neither.

Third party finance. Nothing here involves a lender, so there is no agreement beyond ours.

Questions about paying

Yes. Every Confi Food course and bundle above €29.99 can be split into two payments of half the price each. The first payment unlocks the first half of the lessons and the second unlocks the rest. There is no instalment fee and the total is the same as paying in full.

Yes. Pay as you go lets you pay lesson by lesson, at the course price divided by the number of lessons. Each payment unlocks the next lesson. You can stop at any point, keep what you paid for, and owe nothing further.

No. The total is identical to paying in full. We do not charge an instalment fee and we do not uplift the price for spreading it.

Every course and every bundle priced above €29.99. The only exclusion is the €29.99 HACCP Food Handler certificate, which is small enough that splitting it would help nobody.

Yes, for any order including a single seat. There is no minimum. Send us your company name, registered address, VAT number if you have one, a purchase order reference if your system needs one, and the course and seats you want. We issue the invoice and access opens once it is paid.

We capture it where you have one, so that European business to business orders are handled correctly. If your company has no VAT number, we can still invoice you.

No. A company training one person can be invoiced the same as a company training fifty.

After payment, on every route. For instalments, the first payment opens the first half of the lessons. For pay as you go, each payment opens the next lesson. For invoicing, access starts once the invoice is paid.

Yes. The 30% graduate discount is applied first, and the discounted price is then split across the two instalments or across the lessons.

You keep access to the lessons you have paid for and you owe nothing further. The course certificate is issued on completion of the full course, because it certifies the whole syllabus.

Yes, from two seats upward, increasing at five, ten and twenty five seats. Above twenty five we quote the order individually, since larger programmes usually need scheduling across shifts and sometimes across languages.

Email us and name the course and the route you want. We reply within one business day with either a payment link or an invoice. Nothing is committed until you act on it.
