These terms apply between you and Confi Food OÜ, registry code 17322759, Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia (“we”, “us”, “our”). They cover the use of confifood.com and anything bought through it. By using the site or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
If you buy as a consumer, nothing here limits the rights you have under EU and Estonian consumer law. Where a term below conflicts with those rights, the law applies.
Prices on the site are in euros. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
You may read and use the free course for your own learning and for training people in your own organisation. You may link to any lesson. You may not copy the lessons, in full or in part, into another course, product or website, or sell access to them.
Finishing the free course does not by itself give you a certificate. The certificate is earned by passing the three exams.
After payment our team contacts you to agree dates. Course content, duration and format are as described on the course page at the time of purchase. If a session has to move, our team agrees a new date with you. Delivery is in English.
A company buying seats confirms that it has each learner’s permission to give us their email address for the exam links. Seats are for the number of people paid for and are not shared. The company is responsible for the accuracy of the details it enters at checkout.
Payment is taken in full at checkout. All sales are final. Once an order is paid, the service is reserved for you and our team starts work on it, so we do not offer refunds or a cancellation period, unless the law requires otherwise.
The lessons, exams, course materials, templates, reports, text, images and brand elements on this site belong to Confi Food OÜ or our licensors. You may use them for your own learning and for the purpose you bought them for. You may not reproduce, distribute or sell them without our written permission. Certificates remain our property and may be withdrawn if obtained by fraud.
The HACCP Food Handler certificate shows that the holder passed our exams on the content of the free course. It is recognised by TrustBite. It is not a government licence, and it does not replace any training, registration or permit that a national or local authority requires for your job. Check your local rules.
To the extent Estonian law allows:
Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe’s own checkout page. Exam links, results and order emails are sent through our email provider. We choose these providers with care but we are not responsible for outages on their side. If a payment goes through and you do not receive your emails, write to us and we will sort it out.
How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes go to the Estonian courts, unless consumer law gives you the right to use the courts of your own country. Consumers in Estonia can also turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee at the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority, ttja.ee.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Changes apply to orders placed after that date. The terms in force when you ordered apply to that order.
